How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is upfront, clear, and designed to save you money on overall project costs. Standard handyman services often advertise a lower hourly rate, but then mark up material prices by 30% and add unexpected fees to your invoice. We do the opposite: a straight rate of $125/hour with zero material markups and no hidden fees. You pay exact retail prices for materials, keeping your final total honest and transparent. Avoid the hassle of middlemen miscommunications and subcontractor surprises. Work directly with a trusted and experienced professional who values you and provides clear communication, punctual service, and quality craftsmanship.​
Do you require upfront deposits?
Projects under $500 require no deposit. To secure my schedule and materials for larger projects, estimates exceeding $500 require a 30% deposit, and those exceeding $2,000 require a 50% deposit.
How should I prepare for my service appointment and when is payment due?
Simply provide clear access to the work area, power outlets, and water supply, and keep pets and minors secured away from active work zones. Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, and electronic payments via QuoteIQ (we do not accept paper checks).
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or access issues made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee equal to one hour of standard labor ($125) to cover unrecoverable schedule allocation.
Can I supply my own materials or fixtures?
You can purchase your own fixtures, hardware, or assembly items, just ensure they are complete, undamaged, and compatible with your space. If replacement trips or additional parts are needed, travel and procurement time are billed at the standard hourly rate. To avoid additional cost and/or delay, contact me before purchasing materials or scheduling. I am always happy to double-check specifications or help you track down the exact items you need for the best price.
What services do you perform (and what is excluded)?
We specialize in small repairs, assembly, maintenance, fixture replacements, and home improvements. Per state regulations and safety limits, we do not perform major structural remodeling, load-bearing modifications, panel-level electrical, main plumbing line installations, full roof replacements, or work requiring high ladder access beyond standard two-story eaves.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We back our labor with a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of completion. Please note that materials and client-supplied products are not covered under our warranty, as these are governed strictly by the respective manufacturer warranties.
